How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card?

Credit Cards: We gladly accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard credit cards. When making a credit card payment at checkout, please provide your card number, expiry date, and the three-digit CVV number located on the backside of your card. After entering these details, you will be directed to the bank’s page to input the online 3D Secure password for enhanced security. Debit Cards: For added convenience, we also accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard debit cards. When using your debit card at checkout, please provide your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and the three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page, where you can enter your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment process.

We also offer UPI and net banking as payment methods for your convenience.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Foremost, we request you recheck your bank or credit card account to verify whether the payment has been debited. In the event of a payment failure, banks typically process the reversal within 7 business days, although the actual timeframe may vary from one bank to another. Regrettably, we do not have the authority to expedite this process. For further information, we recommend contacting your bank directly.

Should your bank provide different information, please do not hesitate to inform us. If the payment has been credited to our account, we will initiate the refund within 3 days of your request. However, the actual receipt of the refund depends on the chosen mode of payment.

Expected timelines for different payment modes are as follows:

  • Net Banking: 2-4 business days
  • Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Credit Card: 7-21 business days

What should I do if my payment fails?

To ensure a smooth transaction, we request you to retry the payment process with a strong and stable internet connection, and carefully verify the accuracy of the information provided to the payment gateway. In the rare event of a payment failure resulting in your account being debited, rest assured that the amount is typically refunded to your bank account within 7 business days. What should I do if I receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or missing units in my order?

In the case of receiving a damaged product, an incomplete order, or an expired item, you can request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product. Recording an unboxing video is mandatory, and the product seal and serial code must not be tampered with. Avvatar India will conduct an investigation if necessary. If your return request is approved, a full refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
